SUPER JUNIOR

Super Junior has reached epic peaks of popularity.  These boys are superb and I love watching them grow from year to year.  The biggest joy that I received today was watching the newest Super Junior Music Video.  Has anybody seen it yet?  I love it.  Period.

 

Mr. Simple

I'm sure that hand wave is going to be the new 'Sorry, Sorry' move.  I love the new style that they have come out with.  It's almost like they are a bunch of gay boys dancing around on Friday night...not there is anything wrong with that.  I'm a major yaoi fan.

Seriously, look at this picture.  Doesn't it scream homosexuality?  Plus techno dance?

 Dance pretty boys, dance for me...I guess I can say they did since I've watched their music video multiple times by now.  I have to say that they have completely changed their look since last time, then again it is what they do.  I have to say that I was a bit stunned, but I've warmed up to their new look pretty quickly after watching the MV.

The boys of Super Junior...aren't they colorful?  It's like one big rainbow.

I must say that although Eunhyuk looks a bit scary with his face melting into his hair in the picture, he is pretty freaking hot in the MV.  The one eye you see from under the hair is fierce and the look suits him very well.  He looks like a pretty boy with that hair, I had no idea it was him at first.

Unfortunately, my favorite, Kyuhyun, seems to melt a bit into the background.  I don't even notice him until he had his main singing part and he was literally in front of the camera.  I do love his lips.  How they have the luscious little curve at the sides.  I love it.  My favorite type of mouth.

Look at the curve, love the curve...be the curve...whatever that means.  Lovin' the curve though.

Another handsome, irresistibly gorgeous man that has the beloved curve of the mouth is Ken'ichi Matsuyama.  One of the few great Japanese actors that I love to watch.  Check out this curve-a-liscious-ness...

Right, right, right...let's get back to Super Junior.  I like the song.  I mean, it didn't grab me as quickly as Bonamana did, but I think it's quite catchy.  I'd give it 4 2/5 stars.

The world started with a Bang...

Big Bang, BIGBANG, 빅뱅, or whichever way you prefer to jot down or doodle...these words mean one thing to a K-pop fanatic: the Korean boy band consisting of 5 super awesome and professional individuals. My personal favorite of the boys would definitely have to be Daesung. The guy knows how to sing and make this fan-girl squeal with delight whenever he shows off those wonderfully toned muscles. Also besides the fact that his unique voice is easy to spot while listening to a couple of tunes, he is a superb singer that has this cuddly charm that makes you giggle every time he does something adorable.

Here is a small tribute to the greatness known as Daesung...

Seaweed has never looked so good.

On a sad note, I heard that he was in an accident, which has made him lose his warm smile.   I hope that he recuperates and continues to be the clown we all know and love once again.  Be strong Daesung, we all love you!

On to the rest of Big Bang...we've got ourselves, drumroll please...

This deep-voiced rapper of the group was once a chubby bunny and doesn't have abs, but we still love him and you know why....

Because the guy knows how to suit up, plus has those awesome gangster eyes.

G.D aka G Dragon

Apparently the 'hawt-brakaw' of the group.  I love this guy, he's got the feminine-yet-still-oozing-masculinity thing happening.  Another voice you you can hear right away.  This rapper is actually taller than Taeyang and I always thought he was the shortest of the group.  Nope, it still gets me that he is taller and Taeyang is the shortest.

Anyway check out this cockiness that proves he is a man's man...

Yeah, he knows he is hot, and I'm inclined to agree.

Taeyang

Oh sweet Taeyang, the virginal shy boy of the group.  He felt extreme shock when his lips were stolen during the shooting of an MV.  This good boy is a hard core church-goer and loves God.

Oh right, need to see his face too, well extra picture for the sweet singing boy.  Adorable, right?

Is it just me, or do most of the God-fearing-church-attending-good boys always seem to have hot bodies and show them off a whole lot?  Guess they are just showing off Gods handiwork, or something like that.  Either way, praise whoever is out there for doing such a good job.

And now the last member of Big Bang:

Seungri

This boy also known as Panda is kind of the non-existent to the group.  Well, to me that is.  Basically the non-existents of the groups are those that you just don't notice as much as the rest.  He can throw out the hip thrusts, body waves, etc...it just won't occur to me that it's being done.

Sorry Seungri, but I will still put up your picture because you are part of the sound of the group and you make some of the sweet tunes that make Big Bang so great.

Nice looking cupid's bow you got there Seungri.  Can't deny he worked hard on those.

So those are the boys of Big Bang.  May they continue making more awesome music, so that I can continue to pretend those sweet love cooing songs they whisper into my ear are only for me...and not just a simple recording and ear buds.  ~Sigh...reality sucks.

The very very very very first post...

Hello eentahnet ('internet' for those of you who can't read my incorrect phonetic words)!

I guess I could say something profound, but I probably won't.  I am just an ordinary human who has decided to make a blog on something that has sort of overtaken most of my life.  I live, breathe, read, drink, watch (etc) anything Asian...except for when I attend school.  Then I just spend a lot of time using two different color pens, while furiously taking notes to a fast talking professor.

In reference to my last sentence...that will probably be the reason for me not updating often, or for long lapses in time.  That will always be my (valid) excuse.

Let's get on to something Asian-y then.  I am currently listening to BEAST (비스트).  They are a Korean boy band and are are currently my fav-y.  I guess I could say it is their sound...awesome choreography...but if I am being super straight-forward and honest, it would be their hot little bodies that move to the music.

I list 3 specific 'hot-moving-body' ways:

1. The PT aka The Pelvic Thrusts (nosebleed anyone?)
2. The SL aka The Shirt Lift (letting us see those fine and toned abs)
3. The FBW w/mPT aka The Full Body Wave with mild Pelvic Thrusts (Joon, oh Joon you do it so well)

Let's see, other parts are important, of course...which are singing, dancing and so on.  If you look hot, but sing badly (Siwon from SuJu during the live performance of Bonamana...deaf singing anyone?), anyway that never ends well.  Lots of cringing is involved.  All-around talent is needed.

So anyway, my favorite BEAST boy members are as follows: 

Gi Kwang [기광]  

(hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot,...,hot)

Yo Seob [요섭] 

(yay! fellow Capricorn and of course, incredibly adorable...face of a 5th grader, body of a man...yummm <-- ignore shotacon comment there)

(amazing aura)

Hyun Seung [현승] 

(abs, chest, body, abs, chest, body...oh yes, voice as well, can't believe I forgot that, must have had other things on my mind)

Dong Woon [동운] 

(he's ok...not much of an aura, but I like that shoulder move he did in the Soom MV)

Jun Hyung [준형]  

(he's sort of a grower for me, but not in the Shock MV...does anyone else notice the super strong knees this guy has in Soom MV????; also, he looks super hot in this picture too...just noticed that right now)
